This is so cool! It's no secret that syndicating your listings to as many places as possible is key to reaching buyers or sellers in the media that they are comfortable with. While I was doing some syndicating of listings the other day I was happy to notice that they now make it easy to add your Postlets property ads, to your favorite social media sites, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, FriendFeed, and of course Facebook.
Just another great way to let it all hang out

Good blog - the more places you are the better - especially your listings....
Cool I will have to check it out, The cost may be prohibited for me.
Hi Kathy~ Yes, it is, but for some reason I think the Social Media gives us the opportunity to spread the work through closer, personal networks..just that alone can bring in more interest.
Hi Charles~ Postlets is free to use! They do have an option to upgrade your ad to an "ad-free" nicer looking ad, but the social media updates are free:) which is GOOD on the budget.
Oh cool I didnt realize my postlests does that now. I will have to go back in and check it out. Have you ever gone and found your listings on the sites that postlets syndicates too?
Hi Heather~ yes I have gone and found them, easier on some sites than others, but they do work.
I've added just a couple Postlets to my blog, but didn't know you could add them to Facebook and the other social sites. Thanks Laura.
Laura, I'd forgotten about postlets...I like them, but have been using RES...Thanks for the reminder. ;-)
Got a google alert this morning that someone had written about "Real Estate Technology" and I shoulda known it was you!! You're on it Laura.... always! Awesome info to share with us, thanks! MWA!! :-)
Hi Laura--I love Postlets and am so happy that it's easy to put them on all our socia media outlets now. I also enjoy copying the HTML code and putting it in my CraigsList ads--it makes them look a lot more professional.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Anne Rains
I think it makes it so much easier if you can post in one place and have it syndicated to your other sites.
Hi Laura while I think postlets, v-flyer, ect have their place I would much rather write a post myself about one of my listings. They will rank much better online than if I did it with one of their templates.
I had forgotten about Postlets. Thanks for the reminder. I need to take advantage of every opportunity :-)
Like Teri I have been using real estate shows. I use to write them myself but then got hooked on the real estate shows.
Laura - I think it's great that a lot of these social media sites are making it easy to do something once and add it to all the accounts we have. I was getting real tired of having to do the same thing over and over on each individual social media site. Hopefully this trend will continue.
Postlets is an amazing site; I try to use it on every listing and then post it to all of my other sites. Thanks for reminding people about this amazing tool.
We have been using Vflyer and ListHub and are now looking into artis-usa.com after seeing thier demo on Youtube. Being able to post in one place would save us tremendously.
Laura, your header on your blog is absolutely incredible!
Laura, I like using postlets for the widgets on my blog.
Thanks Laura, Postlets have been the greatest invention since craigslist. that at Vflyer and my post gets everywhere.
Just started using Postlets and love it!
Thanks Laura. I've used Postlets and love the exposure for my listings. What a great tool!
Thanks for the update. It's been a while since I've used Postlets, I didn't know that I can use it for all my social media. Great Info!
