Looks like Unique Global Estates is getting a fresh new look, and may have formed a strategic alliance with Keller Williams' KWLS system!
I logged on today to do some updating on a client account and was greeted by a fresh new interface and less confusing search engine. There were some listings that carried over from the KWLS system, but a little house-cleaning and we were good to go!
They have also updated the marketing collaterals for Listing Presentations and such, so feel free to log-in and see the new website~
International buyers are becoming a buyer niche not to be ignored, so using sites like Unique Global Estates can definitely help get the exposure for High-End, East Coast, and West Coast Properties.
